FEELING GOOD

There was traffic in Talavera town in Nueva Ecija, before the bridge, that delayed the Victory Liner for almost two hours. The blogger was irritated and so did the wife. It was a more than a ten-hour trip from Santiago, but thank God, we arrived safely at the bus terminal in Sampaloc. The son and wife including their baby arrived minutes later and we proceeded to the hotel where we would be staying for the next three days.
                                                                          ***
We have left that supposed honorable, circumspect  Ilokano writing group, where the blogger has been accused of so many things like pocketing the P500-magazine subscription of a writer in San Mateo. It was a baseless accusation.
The blogger wishes he were a Buddhist so he can still feel good despite the unkind words heaped upon him by persons like the womanizer, even from the people he loves and adores. The blogger has asked the Almighty God to let always him  feel good and happy in a difficult situation that tests self-control. (Did not an Indian guru say, we are by nature the embodiment of joy, truth and beauty?)
Never mind the unkind treatment. Be nothing, because to see yourself as very important creature leads sometimes into trouble motivated by "righteous" anger.
