READ ILUKO POETRY CONTEST RULES closely
Writers participating in the Severino and Eufemia Lacar Commemorative Award in Iluko Poetry should read the rules closely. This early at least five who submitted entries have been disqualified. These are some of the rules: send entries to frapmac_era@yahoo.com and andrewlab2011@hotmail.com. For the hard copies, send them to Franklin P. Macugay, Cabatuan Municipal Hall, Cabatuan, Isabela; and to Peter La. Julian, 23 National Road, Oscariz, Ramon, Isabela. The rules are explicit.
