UNFAIR TI NCCA?

We tried unsuccessfully to make the magazine a credible outlet for struggling Iluko writers and those who write in English. Awan ti bayad dagiti bannogmi kada Errol--it's all for our love for writing and the language.

Kunada a we fell short of their expectations, or whatever. But they earlier said we satisfied the requirements and, therefore, we were qualified for the grant.
