Dr. Jean A. Duldulao, Dean of Academic affairs of the Northern Christian College in Laoag, has taken a one-year subscription to Timpuyog Journal. Jean and I started Gumil in Ilocos Norte in the 1960s along with the late Lina Lorenzo, a Bannawag writer and scriptwriter of a local radio station.
Laoag Vice-Mayor Eddie Domingo has also subscribed to the magazine, billed as the best Ilokano-English magazine in the North.
