ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH: A SEA OF EMPTY SEATS
Jogging, a morning ritual, to the Gilbert Bridge over the polluted Padsan River, the blogger dropped by the imposing centuries-old Laoag Roman Catholic Church. As empty as the great cathedrals in Europe on Sundays.
